User Goal

In the current design, the users on the Slack channel can use either the button or the /genie command to execute actions from Slack to Opsgenie. 

It would be great to have the flexibility to define what are the actions allowed to be executed from Slack.

For example - When using Opsgenie via Slack actions, such as escalate to next are missing, but these are available via the mobile app. 

In some scenarios, the administrator expects the Slack channel to be a place gathering the alerts updates and only allows the Slack users to add comments/notes back to the Opsgenie Alerts.
