As a user I'd like to manage Central Notification Templates via API

      User Problem

      Currently Central Notification Templates can only be managed within Opsgenie UI. There is no way to manage (create, update, delete) Central Notification Templates via API.

      Suggested Solutions

      Create an API endpoint for Central Notification Templates with methods to be able to Create a new CNT, edit/update an existing CNT, delete an CNT.
