As a user I'd like to apply a Central Notification Template to members of a team(s)

User Problem

Currently you can only apply Central Notification Templates to all users with a certain role. There is no way to apply them to all members of a particular team.

Suggested Solutions

Central Notification Templates should be configurable on a team level. Or have the ability to configure a CNT based on the team role.

Current Workarounds

Central Notification Templates, or individual notification rules can filter on the Responder field, so multiple rules can be configured that filter on the team, responder, etc. to notify based on this:
