The Teams messaging extension allows a user to search a list of Opsgenie alerts, select an alert, and start a new Teams thread to discuss the alert with an adaptive card.

Users want to be able to assign/add notes to an alert by replying to the message Opsgenie  sends when an alert is created, instead of having to send a new message, and refer to the tinyID of the alert.
