      Problem Definition:

      Jira Service Management incident issues have investigate button available in ITSM Project and for Incident issue type. It is not possible to hide or disable to Investigate button.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an ability to disable/remove Investigate button for ITSM projects with incident issue type.
