Read-only permissions for team-level custom roles

      Summary:

      With team-level custom roles, you can give users access to update team settings, but there isn't a read-only option like there is at the global level. Giving a user the ability to see the team's settings and integrations would be helpful for troubleshooting purposes. Right now,  you'd need to give them access to every team via a global role or 'edit' permissions with the team admin role.

      Suggestion:

      Adding an option to the custom team roles to give users read-only access to team configuration would cover this gap.
