User Problem

Changes to incident rules (adds, edits, deletions) are logged under the Logs tab, but not under a team's Activity stream tab. Logs are only retained for 13 days, but the Activity stream tab can track team updates throughout the team's lifetime. 

Suggested Solutions

Since incident rules need to be configured under a team, updates to them should also be tracked under a team's Activity stream tab. 

Current Workarounds

Review the Logs tab if changes are done within the last 13 days.
