      Issue Summary

      When creating an Alert from a Jira Service Management Emailed Request it displays in Wiki Markup format instead of in HTML

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an emailed request in your JSM Project to create an Opsgenie Alert
      2. View the Opsgenie Alert, it will show Wiki Markup instead of HTML format

      Expected Results

      The Opsgenie Alert displays in HTML format instead of Wiki Markup

      Actual Results


       

      Workaround

      Use the email integration in Opsgenie instead: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-your-email-with-opsgenie/
