[OPSGENIE-467] Opsgenie Alerts created from Emailed Requests in JSM display in Wiki Markup

            Christian,

Seeing you're sending an email from JSM to OpsGenie for an alert, I saw this while researching my issue.

May be useful to your situation.

The inverse is true as well going from OpsGenie to JSM using the JSM integration.

Correctly formatted OpsGenie Alerts with HTML tags are shown as text within Jira to prevent cross-site scripting attacks.  There should be an option to strip HTML tags, or have an option to replace with markdown.

This functionality seems to be a basic requirement.
