Issue Summary
When creating an Alert from a Jira Service Management Emailed Request it displays in Wiki Markup format instead of in HTML
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an emailed request in your JSM Project to create an Opsgenie Alert
- View the Opsgenie Alert, it will show Wiki Markup instead of HTML format
Expected Results
The Opsgenie Alert displays in HTML format instead of Wiki Markup
