Keep the formatting when sending data using OEC

      User Problem

      At the moment, Opsgenie is sending HTML formatted text as plain text and it's not shown correctly on the Jira side when using OEC. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Implementing a solution to send alert details and keep the formatting when using OEC.
