      Issue Summary

      MS Teams integration will not post messages if Create is not sent first.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create/Add MS Teams integration
      2. Remove the "If alert is created in Opsgenie, send a message to Microsoft Teams" option.
      3. Add any other "If _______ in Opsgenie, send message to Microsoft Teams" action. 
      4. Create alert that triggers the MS Teams integration.

      Expected Results

      Messages should post to MS Teams, even without the "If alert is created in Opsgenie, send a message to Microsoft Teams" option.

      Actual Results

      No messages send to MS Teams when the "If alert is created in Opsgenie, send a message to Microsoft Teams" option is not configured.

      Workaround

      MS Teams integration will only send messages for other actions when the "If alert is created in Opsgenie, send a message to Microsoft Teams" option is configured.
