      User Goal

By default, the Alert Priority format on the PRTG side is using the asterisk, e.g. *** means P3, which isn't acceptable by Opsgenie so the created alerts on the Opsgenie side are always on P3.

The only way on the Opsgenie side to around this is either the Advanced Integration Settings or the Alert Policies which are only available on the Standard or Enterprise plan.

It would be great to change the default integration settings on the Opsgenie side to differentiate the alert priority in the asterisk format to have a better experience out-of-the-box.

      Known Solutions

Change the default settings on the PRTG integration to recognize the priority format in asterisk format.

      Possible Workarounds

On the Standard and Enterprise plan, leverage the Advanced Integration Settings or Alert Policy to achieve the auto-matching.
