User Problem

As a customer, I would like to have the ability to get the postmortem ID of an incident using API. This information is required to then use the Postmortem API to get the report itself, which is required for internal reporting across many services. There is currently no API endpoint that allows you to retrieve Postmortem ID's.

Suggested Solutions

This could be resolved adding another API call, like a List Postmortems API endppint that returns all postmortems and their id's. Or possibly in the incident-timeline API. 

Current Workarounds

There is a workaround to retrieve this information using the "incident-timeline" API, however this involves pulling the information out of a link in the response.
