Allow AWS Cloudwatch integration to allow for dynamic Responders

      Issue:

      When using AWS Cloudwatch there is no way to dynamically add the Responders. Some users add the responders to the Cloudwatch alerts but there is no way to pull that field into the Responders field in the integration

      Suggestion:

      Set Responders to field allow dynamic fields

      Workaround: 

      Currently you would need to add multiple 'create' actions or multiple policies to first filter based on some field, then assign to a team
