User Problem
At the moment, we don't have an option to sync up the description from Opsgenie -> Jira after the issue is created
Even after updating the description on Opsgenie, this information is not sent to Jira/JSM or added as a comment
Suggested Solutions
It would be great, if we have an update rule as well to update/manipulate Jira/JSM fields just like creating alert rules.
