Ability to configure the permission to stop users from creating public Saved Search

      User Goal

      It will be messy if everyone on the team is able to create a public Saved Search. If we could use the Role to regulate the global User/Team Member from being able to do that, this will help simplify the Alert Dashboard for everyone using this Opsgenie.
