User Problem
When you add an external service it creates service subscription alerts in Opsgenie when incidents occur on that service.
When the external service's incident is resolved, the alert in Opsgenie remains open.
Suggested Solutions
Automatically sync the status of alerts generated through external service subscriptions to the status of the incident in the linked Statuspage
Current Workarounds
Currently, the alerts must either be closed manually or use a notification policy to auto-close them.
