Add an audit log for users

      User Problem

      Right now, there is no user-specific audit log, so there isn't a great way to determine when users are added/removed/updated.

      Suggested Solutions

      Adding a user audit log would be great. A tab on the user similar to the activity stream on the teams' pages and a users added/removed log should cover most things.

      Current Workarounds

      If the user was added/removed in the last 13 days, the info will be in the debug logs (Settings > Logs).
