As a user I would like to be able to customize Opsgenie reports (i.e. add widgets with custom queries, etc)

      User Problem

      Reports are limited to the preset structure - it would be better to have the option to add and remove customized widgets from a reporting dashboard, to allow for personalized data relevant to each account/user

      This includes editing preset filters and data organization.

      Current Workarounds

      The only real workaround is to export alert data and use an external reporting or visualization tool to present it in a more useful way
