Description
User Problem
Currently, when a user sees an alert it will mark their state on the alert as seen. This results in no further notifications reaching the user on that specific alert. The aim of this functionality is for reducing alert fatigue. Ideally, when a user is marked as seen on the alert this assumes and indicates they are actively looking at it and responding. But the downside is if you fall back asleep shortly after looking at it or your kid accidentally opens the app with the alert then you will not receive any further notifications.
Suggested Solutions
Customers would like the ability to toggle this native behavior off either from an account, team or user profile setting level
