Opsgenie - Slack improvements

      Summary:
      1. Automatically create Opsgenie incidents from Slack command; 
      2. Easier/shorter commands without having to specify EU would help a lot (/eugenie vs /genie) You should just be able to tick a box when adding the Slack-incident integration with OpsGenie that says you want this to only target EU and not US-instances;
      3. Have a possibility to create private Slack channels when there's a new incident created.

            Agreed, especially for 1 and 3.  Our company policy only allows private slack channels so this is a must to have the possibility for opsgenie to create private channels.

            We cannot integrate Slack with JSM until we can ensure creation of private channels.  Otherwise, we can't use Jira for Insider Threat or Privacy incidents.

            Highly support this Ticket. I must add that the `/eugenie help` command gives you the `/genie` commands in response.

            This would be hugely useful. Most of our workflows are 'Slack-First'. It will be hard to start using OpsGenie without easy Slack Automation.
