User Problem
Alerts that automate incidents through an incident rule do not carry the extra properties into the Owner / Responder alerts, or the Incident.
Current Workarounds
1) Add the extra properties into the incident after creation.
2) If creating incidents through incident rules, add the extra properties here:
If the extra property key(s) are known, they can also be added dynamically into the incident through incident rules with something like this:
3) If incidents are being created manually, configure an incident template that has these extra properties added, and select this template when creating an incident:
