Update Alert and Incident pages in real time

User Problem

Right now, the alert and incident dashboards don't automatically get updated with status changes. Additionally, when looking at an individual alert and incident pages won't update unless the page is refreshed.

Suggested Solutions

Real-time updates for the dashboards and incident pages would be helpful.

Current Workarounds

Third party tools to refresh the dashboard page.
