Ability to send more information via OEC

      User Problem

      We use OEC with our integration ( Solarwinds MSP N-central ) and would like to send more information than what current fields allow.

      Suggested Solutions

      We would like to see additional information sent as part of the mappedActionV2 either as that extra field or another key:val pair

            We have the same issue where N-Central is sending the fields below, however they are not pulling through.

             

            • TaskTriggeringScanDetail
            • RemoteControlLink

             

            These are very important.  

             

            Alerting via email works, however this is very slow and we would prefer API

            Workaround: Query back the OpsG API in actionExecutor.py using the alert id in the OEC payload.
