User Problem
On Enterprise, there is an option to add a stakeholder email template to incident rules. However, this doesn't get returned when you GET the rule via API and it can't be added/changed with the API.
Suggested Solutions
Adding this to the response and giving the option to add/edit it with a POST would be great.

Do it through the UI
