User Problem

Right now, the email notifications for alerts follow a rigid structure and cannot be customized.

Suggested Solutions

Email templates for alerts similar to the stakeholder email templates would be great. Possibly creating specific templates for groups of users, ex. one user group receives more verbose notifications, another would receive a less verbose one

Current Workarounds

Change the fields on the alerts to match what you'd want in the email.
