User Problem

Customer would like to be able to report on how many notifications each user is getting per alert per notification method.

E.g. for Alert #4256

• John received 4 notifications
  • 1 SMS
  • 1 Voice Notification
  • 2 Emails 
• Sally received 2 notifications
  • 1 Voice Notification 
  • 1 Email  

Suggested Solution 

Update the Notification Analytics reporting to allow for filtering by: 

• Notifications per alert
• Notifications per team per alert 
• Notifications per user per alert 
• Notifications per user per alert per method 

Current Workaround 

Currently the only way to see how many notifications a user received for a particular alert is via the "Alert activity log", and checking each alert manually.
