Ability to automatically assign the Responder of my Opsgenie Alert based on the Component or User field of the Jira Ticket

      User Problem

      1. Customer would like to for the Opsgenie alert Responder to be dynamically added based on the Component of the Jira ticket. 
        1. Ideally also by using the Component Filters in Jira to map groups of Components to Teams or Users. 
      2. Another customer would like to assign an Opsgenie Alert Responder dynamically as well, but based on the assignee of the Jira ticket. But more broadly, use map Opsgenie Alert Responders dynamically based on user type fields in Jira for the Jira Software and Jira Service Management integrations.

      Suggested Solutions

      • Allow mapping of Jira Components, Jira User Fields, and Component Filters to Opsgenie Teams and Users 

      Current Workaround

      To create multiple "Create Alert" actions that statically map the Responder in Opsgenie based upon the Component 

      No workaround is available for user mapping of User fields to Opsgenie Users, for the second related suggestion.
