Summary:
Opsgenie has action channels available at a team level to be able to trigger custom actions to send out to AWS Systems Manager, REST Endpoint, AWS Simple Notification Service or Opsgenie Edge Connector.
Suggestion:
Adding a similar feature at a global level would simplify the setup. Right now, customers have to create identical action channels on each team for these to function across teams.
