Issue Summary

When trying to add greyed out integrations in the current plan the new integration framework shows an empty popup

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the integrations page in a team's dashboard
2. Try to add an integration that is greyed out

Expected Results

A popup window should appear explaining the integration is not available to be used, followed by the reason for that

Actual Results

An empty popup appears without any information, just a Cancel and an empty blue button:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
