Team Description can save only 200 characters while the limit mentioned on documentation is 10000

Issue Summary

According to Opsgenie API documentation, the length limit for the Team Description field is 10000 characters and the Web UI allows to submit over 200 characters in the field, after submission, when checking via the Web UI or the Get Team API request, it's returning only the first 200 characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new team or edit an existing team.
2. Submit over 200 characters in the Team Description field or make the Update Team API request to achieve the same thing.
3. Click the pencil icon to check again.
4. Make the Get Team API request to validate the result.

Expected Results

The Team Description should save whatever is submitted as long as it's less than 10000 characters.

Actual Results

In both the results by checking on the Web UI and Get Team API request, it only returns the first 200 characters.
