Summary

Allow Opsgenie alerts and incidents to notify people who are not Opsgenie users (non‑licensed / external contacts) via email and SMS.

Problem description:

Customers may need to inform users who do not have an Opsgenie license. for the Opsgenie Alerts.
Currently, Alert notification channels are ** limited to Opsgenie licensed users.

Desired behaviour:

Provide a way for Opsgenie to send alert notifications to non‑Opsgenie users or a way to configure external email addresses or phone numbers as notification targets for alerts.

Current workaround:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this exact behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
