Issue Summary

When opening alerts that are created from "jira-software-cloud" integrations, the UI gets an error

Steps to Reproduce

1. The issue occurs intermittently in a few instances and cannot be reliably replicated.
2. An error occurs immediately after opening the alert in the UI, and this issue is only present with alerts created via the Jira Cloud integrations.

Expected Results

Open the alert without any UI errors indicating issues or warranting any actions.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
