Issue Summary

Datadog integration currently states that only alerts from Datadog are synced with alerts in Opsgenie. However, when incidents are created in Datadog the same integration also triggers an alert in Opsgenie is successfully but any action taken in Opsgenie alert is not synced to Datadog incident as per the following config:

1.  when alert is acknowledged in Opsgenie, send acknowledge action to Datadog.
2.  when alert is closed in Opsgenie, send close action in Datadog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Datadog integration in Opsgenie
2. Setup Opsgenie integration in Datadog
3. Create an Incident in Datadog. This creates an alert in Opsgenue.
4. Acknowledge the alert in Opsgenie. No action is taken on the Datadog alert
5. Close alert in Opsgenie. Not action is taken on the Datadog alert or incident.

Expected Results

When alert is acknowledged or closed in Opsgenie, these action should be taken in the Datadog incident that originally created the Opsgenie alert.

Actual Results

No actions are taken on the Datadog incident.

Workaround

Use OEC to trigger custom scripts to then acknowledge and close the incident in Datadog.
