The customer would like to integrate Opsgenie with Lark, a messaging app similar to Slack. 

Suggested Solutions

Requesting that an integration for Lark chat be introduced in Opsgenie.

Current Workarounds

For customers on the Opsgenie Standard plan or above, who have access to Outgoing integrations, the following workaround may be suitable: 

1. Create a webhook URL from Lark. Here is what I found: https://www.larksuite.com/hc/en-US/articles/099698615114-use-webhook-triggers, but please check with Lark support in case there are any limitations or caveats.
2. Create a Webhook integration in Opsgenie and use the webhook URL from above. (https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-webhook/ )
3. Configure the rules in Opsgenie to post to the URL for alerts.
