Issue Summary
The "Delete account" link is missing in Opsgenie's Subscription page (under Settings) since the page was updated at the end-of-sale of Opsgenie standalone.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to an Opsgenie instance if you have Owner access
- go to the Subscription page under Settings
- Scroll to the bottom to close the banner, if any.
Expected Results
Expecting to see a "Delete account" at the bottom of the page to initiate the deletion of the Opsgenie instance.
Actual Results
The "Delete account" is missing from the Subscription page.
Workaround
One workaround, is to go to Settings > "Migrate Opsgenie" and use the in-app tool to "Plan your migration" to Compass/JSM. This would create a Compass/JSM instance if there wasn't one, although this workaround is not ideal. Then if the Compass/JSM instance wasn't needed, to then delete it via Atlassian Admin (admin.atlassian.com) > Billing > Manage link next to Compass/JSM and follow the prompts to confirm the deletion which will take some time due to data retention.
