Extend Calendar Export to Include Previous Month's On-Call Data and Longer Future Range

      User Problem

      Finance teams rely on calendar exports from Opsgenie to determine which engineers were on call in the previous month for payroll purposes. However, once a new month begins, the exported calendar no longer includes data from the previous month. This forces finance staff to log in to Opsgenie and navigate the interface to retrieve historical data, which they find too complex and inefficient for their needs. This gap in usability causes administrative overhead and risks delays in processing on-call compensation.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow the calendar export to include data from at least the full previous month (e.g., until May 31, the export should still include all of April). Ideally, users should be able to customize the export range to include both past and future months based on their reporting needs. Additionally, consider extending the exportable future window beyond 3 months to support PTO and scheduling transparency.
