Issue Summary
When a user's access is revoked from Atlassian Admin, it is triggering multiple emails from Opsgenie.
Steps to Reproduce
- Remove a user's access via SCIM
Expected Results
Opsgenie should send 1 email about the user losing access.
Actual Results
Multiple emails are sent.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
