Issue Summary

When we attempt to create an incident using the incident template, where "Notify the stakeholders with status page entry updates" is disabled results in an error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an incident template and make sure to leave "Notify the stakeholders with status page entry updates " unchecked in the "Stakeholder communication" section.
   
2. Once created, attempt to create an incident and try to link the newly created template to the incident. It will result in the attached screenshot from the summary
3. If you have an existing template that has the  "Notify the stakeholders with status page entry updates " unchecked, and you use it for incident creation results in the same error

Expected Results

• Incident created with the incident template added to the new incident

  Actual Results

• Once we try to apply the template, it results in an error "Something went wrong!"

  Workaround

We can temporarily enable "Notify the stakeholders with status page entry updates" from the incident template to use the template again, or manually create an incident by selecting the template options.
