Issue Summary
Certain Edge cases are preventing billing-admins from being able to fully approve/schedule the migration even though it is reported as approved in migration tooling when another Jira product other than JSM is on the current Atlassian cloud site
Steps to Reproduce
- Have Jira cloud
- Have Opsgenie stand-alone
- Try the migration
Expected Results
Once the billing-admin received the email and approves the migration should proceed without issues
Actual Results
The billing-admin approves the email and the migration tool shows billing-admin approval, but the migration still cancels out and does not migrate
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
