Allow delay in notification methods and add repeat function in "Incoming Call Routing" notification rule

      Issue Summary

      The notifications of the Incoming call alerts unlike regular alerts, uses the on-call users "Incoming Call Routing" notification rule instead of the "New Alert" notification rule.

      The difference is that the "Incoming Call Routing" notification rule:

      1. does not allow delay of any of the notification methods
      2. does not have a repeat function 

      Suggested Solutions

      To please give the Incoming Call Routing notification rule the following capabilities  (like in the "New Alert" notification rule):

      1. delay notification methods within
      2. repeat the notification rule

      Workaround

      If the Incoming Call is only forwarded to one escalation policy or team, the following workaround can be used:

      1. Turn on Advanced integration mode and
      2. Populate the "Responders" field with the appropriate Escalation policy or Team

      The resulting Incoming Call alert will behave like a regular alert using the on-call user's "New Alert" notification rule which allows the on-call user to delay notification methods and/or repeat the applicable "new alert" notification rule.

      Suggest creating a separate "New Alert" notification rule with the following filter:

      • Source contains phone
      • Name it appropriately, like: "IncomingCall Alert"

      and move this notification rule above the default all notification rule so that it gets evaluated first.
