Require Manual Callback Number Input for Voicemails

      Implement a feature in Opsgenie's incoming call routing that requires callers to manually enter their callback number when leaving a voicemail.

      This will ensure accurate and reliable callback information, reducing delays caused by garbled or unclear verbal phone numbers.
