Issue Summary
It was discovered that when using the Opsgenie Zendesk integration in conjunction with the Zendesk marketplace app that when a new Zendesk ticket is generated the app registers the current user in the session as editing the ticket when they are not. Normally tickets will show users as editing when they start updating fields or writing a reply, but when the zendesk og app is used they ALWAYS show as editing
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup OG ZD integration to create og alerts from zd tickets
- Create ticket in ZD and see the Opsgenie app populate the alert
- Notice the editing symbol
Expected Results
The app should not cause you to be shown as editing the ticket
Actual Results
The ticket shows as editing even though the user isn't
Workaround
There is no direct work-around for preventing the app from causing this behavior, but you can disable the app in order to prevent that and the normal bi-directional integration will continue to work. You just won't have functionality of the app on the right hand side in a ZD ticket
