Summary

Right now, the REST endpoint action channel is pretty static as far as the payload that it can send.

Suggestion

It would be nice if the payload that gets sent out could be fully customised.

Workaround

If a customer is trying to use this to integrate with a tool that requires specific info, it can't really do the job and a customer has to go the route of installing OEC and writing a custom script.
