Issue Summary:
Add a global custom button to the Opsgenie alert UI, enabling actions on external systems like ServiceNow, Terraform and so on for all teams and integrations.
Steps to Reproduce:
Step 1:
Navigate to the Opsgenie alert interface and locate the existing triple-dot button with options like "Assign" and "Escalate to Next".
Step 2:
Attempt to configure a custom action that applies globally across all teams and integrations.
Expected Results:
Users should be able to configure a global custom button that performs actions on external systems, such as creating or updating a ServiceNow ticket, directly from the Opsgenie alert interface.
Actual Results:
Currently, custom actions must be configured individually for each integration, with no option for a global configuration.
Workaround:
Currently, there is no known workaround.
