Issue Summary
When data residency is updated to a different region, the live call fails to route to the on-call user if the incoming call integration has an audio file configured for the welcome message.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an incoming call integration and upload an audio file into the welcome message.
- Test and confirm that the live calls are routed to on-call users successfully.
- Once the above test is successful, complete a data residency migration to a different region
- Test the incoming call integration
- Call fails to route to the on-call user
Expected Results
The incoming call integration with the audio file configured for the welcome message should work as it did before the data residency move.
Actual Results
The incoming call that was working with the audio file uploaded into the welcome message failed to route the call after the data residency move.
Workaround
Delete the audio file and re-upload after the data residency has been completed.
