Issue Summary

Setting up the Opsgenie app in Splunk is throwing the following error: 

"Unable to render setup. Most likely, the cause is that the setup.xml file for this app is not configured correctly. For example, it may not specify task and type attributes. Contact the application developer to resolve this issue."

Splunk support says the issue is most likely with our app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow the setup guide for the Splunk integration: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/integrate-opsgenie-with-splunk/
2. The error should happen at step 2 in the 'Configuration in Splunk' section

Expected Results

This should bring you to a setup page for the app.

Actual Results

An error is returned.
