      Users need to gain visibility into call activity during escalations, such as how many calls were made, how many were missed or unanswered, and how many were successfully delivered and acknowledged. This helps teams understand response performance and improve on-call processes.

      Suggested Solutions

      Introduce call analytics in Opsgenie that show:

      Number of calls made during an alert/escalation
      Whether each call was answered, missed, or went to voicemail
      Timestamps of call attempts
      Filter and export options for this data
      This data could be added to the Reports section, or available via Alert Logs or the API.

      Current Workarounds

      None available. Users currently have no direct way to view or report on this level of call detail.
