After a split and site to site swap migration tool unavailable

      Issue Summary

      Currently after a JSM split and site to site swap/migration the migration tool is not becoming available on the destination site

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Do a site-site migration in Opsgenie admin panel
      2. Notice on Destination the tool says coming soon

      Expected Results

      Site swap should work fine and allow for immediate usage of migration tool to JSM/COmpass

      Actual Results

      The migration tool is not available and says coming soon.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
